The posts are purely temporary and will be co-terminus with the duration of the project. The details are as follows:



Project entitled : “Preparation & Characterization of SiAION cutting tool inserts”



1. Project Assistant (Level-III)



* Vacancy:- 02

* Qualifications:- 1st Class M. Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry/Physics/Materials Science with two years of research /teaching experience or 1st Class M.E./M..Tech. in Mechanical /Production/Ceramic/ Metallurgy/Materials /Chemical Engineering or M. Phil (two years course) in Chemistry/Materials Science

* Stipend:- Rs.14,000/- consolidated per month

* Age as on 01.08.2011:- 30 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. rules )



2. Project Assistant (Level-II)



* Vacancy:- 02

* Qualifications:- 1st Class M. Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry/Physics/Materials Science Or 1st Class B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production /Ceramic /Metallurgy/Materials/Chemical Engineering

* Stipend:- Rs.12,000/- consolidated per month

* Age as on 01.08.2011:- 28 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. rules )
