* Qualifications :- Post”Graduate Degree in Public Administration/Personnel Management/Human Resources Management from a recognized University/Institution .First Class Degree from a recognized University

* Experience : Five years experience in supervisory capacity in Personnel/General Administration! Finance/Legal Departments of a reputed firmlinstitution.

* Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39l00 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
