Bihar State Housing Board (BSHB) Application are invited for following Post:-
1. Chartered Accountant
* No. of Post : 1
* Qualification: Graduate and Final Examination Passed in Cost Accountancy (ICWAI) and Chartered Accountancy (ICAI). Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in the Executive Cadre in Public/Private Sector Organization of repute in the area of Accounts/Finance.
* Desirable : Additional Qualification of MBA (Finance)/ Engineering Degree/ M.Com/ CS from recognized Institution / University. Candidates having experience in Real Estate Sector shall be preferred.
* Age Limit : 40 Years.
2. Law Officer
* No. of Post : 1
* Qualification: Degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent. Five (5) years’ experience at Bar.
* Desirable : Experience of dealing in land, revenue, real estate and service matters. Previous working experience in corporates, government agencies shall be preferred.
* Age Limit : 30 Years.
3. Architect
* No. of Post : 1
* Qualification: Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent At least 5 years’ experience in an Architectural Office in a responsible capacity Membership of the Council of Architecture.
* Desirable : Master of Architecture in Urban Design or Conservation or Landscape or Building Engineer Associate membership of the Indian Institute of Architects or equivalent.
* Age Limit : 30 Years.
4. Senior Auditor
* No. of Post : 1
* Qualification: B. Com/ CA Inter / ICWA Inter Should have put in at least 10 years in service in a responsible senior position in the finance/ accounts department and knowledge of auditing practices.
* Desirable : Experience related to major infrastructure projects of State Government or Govt. of India or a Govt. Undertaking or an Autonomous Body or a Commercial Organization of repute.
* Age Limit : 35 Years.
5. Assistant Law Officer
* No. of Post : 1
* Qualification: Degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent. Three (3) years’ experience.
* Desirable : Experience of dealing in land, revenue, real estate and service matters. Previous working experience in corporates, government agencies shall be preferred.
* Age Limit : 35 Years.
6. Auditor
* No. of Post : 1
* Qualification: B. Com/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter Should have put in at least 7 years in service in a responsible senior position in the finance/accounts department and knowledge of auditing practices.
* Desirable : Experience related to infrastructure projects of State Government or Govt. of India or a Govt. Undertaking or an Autonomous Body or a Commercial Organization of repute.
* Age Limit : 35 Years.
