The above list is purely provisional, subject to verification of all the details furnished by the applicants in their application. The list is NEITHER a list of candidates selected for appointment in the Bank NOR there is any commitment on the part of the Bank to offer appointment to the candidates. This is only a list of candidates who are successful in the Written Test. Final selection will be on the basis of the ranking accorded after adding the marks obtained in the Written Test and Interview.



List of documents (Original and one attested copy) to be submitted by the candidate at the time of interview:



a) Copy of filled in Application form downloaded at the time of applying for written test duly affixing your passport size photograph.

b) Secondary School Certificate/School Leaving Certificate as proof of age.

c) Marks Sheet (Year-wise) showing specifically the subjects studied and certificate/s in support of educational qualification viz., SSLC/HSC/Graduate degree, Post graduation degree, Professional/research qualification etc.

d) In case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates, certified copy of SC/ST/OBC/PWD Certificate issued by Competent Authority to be produced. SC/ST/OBC candidates shall produce Caste/Tribe/ Community Certificate as per the format enclosed, issued by the Competent Authority. The list of authorities competent to issue the certificates is also enclosed. The Caste/Tribe/Community mentioned in the certificate produced by the candidate should conform to the Caste/Tribe/ Community as appearing in the Central Government List/ Notification. Certificate even with the slightest discrepancy in the name, spelling of the caste etc., is not acceptable. If the verification of the caste/tribe/community certificate reveals that the claim of belonging to the said caste/tribe/Community is false, the services will be terminated forthwith at any time after selection and joining without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such action as may be decided by the Bank.

e) In respect of Ex-Servicemen, DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE from the respective Defence Forces should be produced. In the case of serving Defence personnel, a certificate from the Employer (Defence Authorities) indicating the rank, date of joining the Defence forces, number of years of service, etc., shall be produced. Further, such candidates should submit a certificate from the Competent Authority to the effect that they would be released/retired to join the Bank, if selected, on the scheduled date.

f) Candidates serving in Government/Public Sector undertakings (including Banks)/Private Sector, should produce No Objection Certificate from their employer, in the absence of which their candidature will not be considered/will not be allowed for facing Interview.

g) Domicile of Andhra Pradesh Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. The candidate should have been residing continuously for 5 years in Andhra Pradesh prior to 31.03.2011.

h) One passport size photograph similar to the one pasted on written test call letter.

Candidates who come for interview without the original certificates and one set of attested copies shall not be allowed for interview. Candidates shall ensure that they fulfill each of the eligibility criteria stipulated in the advertisement for the post of Office Assistant. Failure to fulfill the stipulated eligibility criteria will entail the cancellation of candidature at any stage. The decision of the Bank in all matters relating to the interview, selection and placement would be final and binding on all the candidates.
