KKHSOU was established by the Assam Legislative Assembly by an Act (XXXVII of 2005) in 1995. The Act received the assent from theGovernor on 7th September, 2005.

The hall ticket of KKHSOU will be released tentatively in the month of March 2020. The admit card will be made available on the official website of the authority. The candidate will have to bring the admit card to the center of the examination. He/ she must be sure to be updated with the complete KKHSOU Exam Routine.
