Krishna University was established in Machilipatnam Krishna district Andhra Pradesh in 2008. It was established by the state of Andhra Pradesh to promote education in various streams of education in the district. The university has the entire district under its jurisdiction. Various infrastructure facilities include various laboratories, internet facility, reading room, guest house, various extra-curricular activities and other facilities.
