The DD should be drawn on any nationalized / scheduled bank in favor of MGM Institute of Health Sciences, payable at Mumbai. One can get the same by paying the amount as per above details from the below mentioned notified centers of MGM Institute of Health Sciences. In addition, one can also download the application form and information brochure from the Institute’s official website: http://www.mgmuhs.com/. NRI (Non Residential Indian) candidates can also apply by paying US $10 (application fee) and US $250 (examination fee) in the form of DD as per above details.
