Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the written MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) examination, scheduled to be held on the date mentioned below, followed by an interview, to be conducted on the same date by the University.

Note: Candidates, who have qualified in the NET / GATE examination, need not appear for the written admission test. However, they have to appear in the interview.

One can also obtain the same from the office of the Department of Microbiology of the University. The duly filled in application form in the prescribed proforma, along with a challan of Rs 100, payable at the Sales Counter in College Street Campus or Ballygunge Campus of the University, should be submitted at the office of the Department of Microbiology, University of Calcutta, on or before the last date of submission.
