International Diploma Course in Guidance & Counseling is being conducted by National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) in collaboration with Commonwealth of Learning, Canada. The course is offered at the Department of Educational Psychology and Foundations of Education (DEPFE) of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi, along with five other Regional Institutes of Education, located at Bhopal, Mysore, Shillong, Bhubaneswar and Ajmer.
